You send us the bases (measured drawings), by hand or PDF, JPG, PNG, foto – we get to know each other, make the base model according to your measurements (drawings).

Also, an ArchiCAD file in *.pla format can act as a background

You describe your wishes for the project, preferably with references. We also agree on the final result – what you would like to receive:

– 360° panoramas of your property.
– Video presentation
– Visualization of the interior, cottage or garden plot.

It depends on the time of execution and the cost of our work for you.

When we have sorted out the initial information on the project (basic model, wishes, references) and you see that you can trust us, you send us an advance on  PayPal – (25% -50% depending on your confidence in us) and we proceed to the next stage – the creation of a more detailed model with materials close to your wishes, furniture elements and accessories.

At this stage, we discuss the result, make changes, suggestions.

At this stage, we send all the results to e-mail or messenger, they have a watermark (this is a normal practice until the project is completed).

When all your wishes are fulfilled, we also submit 360° Panoramas for consideration if their implementation was planned at the beginning of the project.

If the desire to get one or more 360° Panoramas appeared in the process, we will try to do it quickly enough.

This stage is final, we have agreed and reviewed all the results of our work, completed the necessary Visualizations, 360° Panoramas and (or) Video Presentations and are ready to send them to you in high-quality resolution and without watermarks after receiving the rest of the payment.
