I am making a video presentation based on your project. The main necessary data from you and the built model from my side. Materials, textures, models of furniture, lamps, plumbing and accessories I use basic and similar to what you need.
You specify the desired rooms that you want to see in the video presentation and the camera path.
In small rooms, I do not recommend placing the trajectory, because the result is not informative, not aesthetic shots.
The optimal length of a video presentation is from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
I can make both a whole trajectory (span) through the rooms, and separately for each room. At your request, I can make the transition from one room to another in a complete video presentation through closed doors (this is better for a whole picture) and through open doors.
